Yes. You own your domain from day one. We can help with registration, DNS configuration, connection and technical troubleshooting. Domain registration and renewal fees are separate unless agreed.
The standard scope is up to 5 agreed initial-build pages, managed hosting and SSL, responsive design, a contact or quote form, basic on-page SEO foundations, analytics, monitoring, support and 20 Change Credits each paid billing month.
Yes. We can assess what is worth keeping, what needs improving and whether a rebuild is the sensible route.
We build a sound technical and local-search foundation. We do not promise rankings or guaranteed traffic.
The public Managed Website is a focused, enquiry-led service for local businesses. Larger websites, online stores, booking systems and other substantial functionality can be scoped and quoted separately.
The first payment is normally due 7 days after the agreement is signed. During that window we build a private preview for review and agreed-scope tweaks. The website normally goes public after the first successful payment.
Each paid billing month includes 20 Change Credits. A Minor change uses 1 credit, a Standard change uses 5 credits and Major work is quoted separately. You can add 10 more credits for $20.
Included monthly credits reset each billing cycle. Purchased top-up credits are tracked separately, carry forward and do not expire while the managed service remains active. Unused purchased credits are refunded at $2 each when the service finally ends.
Need something more complex? We can also quote larger websites and custom functionality. Standard Managed Websites are AUD $129/month; larger work is scoped separately.
You can cancel at any time, with cancellation normally taking effect at the end of the current paid billing period. Your domain and your own content/assets remain yours. The approved service agreement explains any website transfer or handover process.
The first 3 qualifying paying clients receive 50% off their first 3 billing periods: $64.50/month for months 1–3, then AUD $129/month. The offer is applied by Lake & Line, does not apply to top-ups or quoted work and cannot be combined with another discount.
